- Keyword decision is an important factor. You have to decide the keyword phrase which describes your product in an efficient way and that people actually search for.
- Use bold, italics, bullet points, short headlines and subheads that makes the page easier to read online and also enhances SEO.
- Place this phrase into your press release headline and repeat it around three times within the body of your press release. Write down the proper form of link to your own website i.e instead of writing the domain “www.mydomain.com” write it as “http://www.mydomain.com/”
- Use graphics,video links,company logos for your brand, insert photos. It makes good impression of press release rather than just writing the text.
- Untill your brand name in not well-known in market, represent it with its general description rather than using short name. Write “Offshore Outsourcing software” rather than “OffOutSoft.”
- ’substitute keyword phrase’ should be taken in account.For example if you are providing “It staffing services” than you can use its substitute keywords like “It stafing services” “It staffing service” etc.
- Use subheads with keyword phrase. for example for “It staffing services” you can include subheads like “It staffing services information” “about It staffing services” etc.
- Post your release at your own Web site on its own page, linked from your home page, in addition to submitting it to your favorite press release distribution service.
