• TextPattern: Also targeted at more tech-savvy bloggers, and similar in concept to ExpressionEngine, TextPattern is a flexible, powerful blogging tool you install on your own servers. It’s particularly easy to configure the look of your blog via HTML. It is a free blogging tool.

• Windows Live Writer: It is a free blogging tool that allows you to manage your drafts and synchronize them .Additionally, you can copy paste html while stripping it off all junk code, use tags, link glossary, and lots of inbuilt support for WordPress.

• Screen Grab: This free tool allows you to easily save a web-page as an image. You can also choose a small part of your browser window to be saved or save the page as a whole.
