Google Launches New Version of Google Analytics

By: Admin

Google today has released the new verion of their Google Analytics Tool.

The new interface of new Google Analytics has much bolder graphics to enable clearer to understand graphs, email reports, customizable dashboards so you get the data you want, and plainer language used to describe part of the interface. It is a completely “new platform” to enable “non-experts” to use sophisticated web analytics without expert intervention.

Things that are added to the new verion include:

1) Email reports and improved clarity of graphs allow users to explore and discover new insights

2) Customizable dashboards ensure the right data gets to the right people at the right time

3) Plain language descriptions of the data allow users to take action to improve their web site

In the new version of Google Analytics, data is concentrated into combinations of reports, allowing users to make informed decisions about site management and Google AdWords™ campaigns. Google Analytics tracks the effectiveness of online marketing initiatives such as display campaigns or cost-per-click programs and creates e-mail reports that can be scheduled and distributed to colleagues.
