Here are 10 steps you can follow to make the creation of your email newsletter quick and easy:
1. Select your newsletter distribution service.
Many small business owners start their newsletters by choosing to send them out via their email program (Outlook). When their list begins to grow to several hundred subscribers or more, this task begins to overwhelm them.
2. Determine your software needs.
There are several heavy duty website design and HTML editing programs out there to help you design your newsletter template. If all you plan to do is create a newsletter, there’s no need to spend lots of money. I recommend that you try this easy-to-use HTML editor found at CoffeeCup.com. If you’re really interested in web design, I recommend you purchase DreamWeaver, which has a steep learning curve but will serve you well over the long-term.

Overture or now known as Yahoo because of Yahoo’s takeover, was the original inventor of the use of the P4P or Pay for Performance. Overture saw that the internet was fast becoming the easiest and most convenient way to shop, and advertising was going to hit at an all time high because of the many businesses in the arena.
To get a person to go to a site than others, it needs to be very visible. Providing ads that could direct potential consumers and costumers to their site would allow them to have an increase in traffic as well as sales. Yahoo provides a service that can put a site or company’s ad in their sites that can be shown when certain keywords are inputted.
Yahoo offers a chance for any company to increase their traffic by using their services. With more people being aware of your site, there would be more traffic and visitors to your site given the chance to view your pages as well as your products. With even a small percentage of successful sales, with a high traffic volume this could still be a substantial figure for your company.

The Tel Aviv-based company Metacafe that developed a video-sharing platform on the Internet is slated to be sold for USD 200 million, as was made known to Ynet. They also speculate that the buyer could be Yahoo. With YouTube selling for $1.65b, Metacafe seems like an absolute bargain. Then again, YouTube has 23 million unique visitors a month in the U.S., while Metacafe has just 3.8 million.
Metacafe was founded in July 2003 by entrepreneurs Eyal Herzog, Arik Czerniak, and Ofer Adler. Since its founding, the company has earned about USD 20 million, mainly from venture capital funds Benchmark Capital and Accel Partners.
