What is Wiki ?

Wiki is the simplest way to collaborate on the web. It allows the user to freely create and modify the web pages through the web browser. It is basically a server software. It is as easy as writing on the Notepad. When you click the save, you see the result of your changes instantly.

Wiki is mainly categories into three categories:

  1. Public
  2. Private
  3. Password Protected

  1. Public (Anonymous access): This can be access by any one. Give people the URL, and everyone can participate

  2. Private (Restricted): This is for the team to work together. Enter a list of team members, and only they can participate.

  3. Password Protected: This for the use of the group. Give people the URL and the password, and they can all participate.
