Collect Testimonials: A testimonial is generally defined as reviews by the customer about the products or services. To convert prospects into buyers you must store the customer testimonials. Generally testimonials are contained in casual comments that he/she makes during normal communication. Stimulate customer to give you testimonial. You can do this by sending him postcard and ask him/her what is that they like about your product or service.

Google has recently made some pretty significant changes in its ranking algorithm.

This update has left some web sites in the dust and brought others to top positions.

Seo-guy.com has fallen from around top 30 Google results and this may be due to over optimization of the site.

On home-page of Seo-guy.com "SEO" is used n number of times and page seems to be meant only for search engines rather than customers or visitors.

Probably this may be due to Google’s filtering algorithm.

Other factor of search engine optimization that is also affected is link building. Effects of  relevant link exchanges has rewarded the sites with top ranking  on Google

But content would always play the most important role in getting google rankings followed by number of voted from other sites.
